Headcel HEC for Skim Coat provides enough operation time, workability and water-retention function for wall putty and ensures wettability, smoothness and repainting performance of putty to base surface. The existence of cellulose ether makes putty easy to be modeled on all kinds of base surface. The existence of cellulose ether enables putty to be conveniently processed on various base surfaces.
